A Fundamental Right to Sight

FODO, through the Domiciliary Eyecare Committee, together with ABDO, the AOP and the College of Optometrists, produced A Fundamental Right To Sight in January 2007.  Intended for all those interested in the domiciliary eye care service, it describes patients' needs for the service and how it is delivered.
