NHS Computer Codes

New NHS Computer Codes for Optical Sites

From September 2008, NHS Connecting for Health are issuing computer site codes for all sites which offer NHS optical services in England and Wales. To confirm the assigned code, practices are required to complete and return a form (sent to all sites in mid-September) by 15 October 2008.
