If you have a General Optical Council (GOC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) active case, a senior member of the FODO team will also be on hand to support you out of office hours. Always by your side, when you need it most.
You can also arrange videoconference calls or visit us to discuss your defence case.

If you have a complaint about your experience with FODO or any aspect of our service, please email it to [email protected]. Your complaint will be forwarded to a member of the Executive team for consideration. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receiving your email and aim to reply to it within 14 working days. If we need longer to address your complaint, we will let you know.
